Welcome to Dark Southern Roses. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms before placing an order.

General Terms

Dark Southern Roses provides custom, personalized, and ready-to-order apparel, drinkware, accessories, home goods, DTF prints, and other merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, pricing errors, or circumstances that prevent us from safely or properly completing an order.

Products & Handmade Variations

Many Dark Southern Roses products are individually created, printed, pressed, or finished by hand.

Because of this, slight variations may occur between products. Placement, sizing, and appearance of a design may vary slightly depending on the size, style, and shape of the item being produced.

Product photographs and mockups are intended to represent the finished product as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, garment color, printing method, and materials.

These reasonable variations are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

This includes names, dates, numbers, spelling, sizes, colors, teams, wording, and other customization details.

Dark Southern Roses is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

If a proof is provided, production may begin after the customer approves the proof. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Custom and personalized products are generally considered final sale once production has begun.

Apparel Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering.

Sizing may vary between garment styles, brands, and products. Please review available sizing information before purchasing.

Dark Southern Roses cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit every customer.

Personalized or made-to-order apparel cannot be returned or exchanged solely because the customer selected an incorrect size.

Processing Times

Processing times shown on our website are estimates unless a specific guaranteed completion date has been agreed to in writing.

We work hard to complete orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may occasionally be affected by order volume, supply availability, equipment issues, shipping delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to determine whether your requested deadline can be accommodated.
