Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dark Southern Roses! We are a small business, and many of our items are made, printed, and packaged specifically for each order. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom, personalized, bulk, or larger orders may require additional processing time. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, supply delays, or unexpected equipment issues.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will let you know whether we can reasonably accommodate your requested deadline.

Please do not assume that selecting an expedited shipping service will shorten the production time. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.

Once your order has been completed, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier, you will receive tracking information when applicable.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Dark Southern Roses. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not already shipped.

Dark Southern Roses is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package shipped again.
